This program will include examples of proper warm up using dynamic mobility and flexibility drills, exercise pattern of each movement, stretching, PNF, cool down, foam rolling & cardiovascular training. Biweekly check-ins are used to measure your accountability & progress.
This is a complete guidance system which includes your macro targets, Healthy Habits Guidelines as well as training program. This is the best package for anyone serious about making a lifestyle change. It comes with everything you need to reach your goals in a healthy way with unlimited guidance.
